The Aroon Siriraj Triple Station condominium, a 8-storey development near Siriraj Hospital, reflects a meticulously crafted response to both urban density and the demands of contemporary living. Strategically positioned at the convergence of three public train stations, the project capitalizes on its prime location, merging accessibility with architectural sophistication. The long, narrow site is managed through a double-loaded corridor layout, optimizing circulation while preserving spatial privacy for its 170 units. Crowned with a green rooftop and swimming pool, the building embraces urban greenery, transforming its uppermost level into a serene retreat that contrasts with the surrounding city's energetic pulse.
The building is defined by a minimalist and modern aesthetic, articulated through horizontal white stripe lines that slice across the facade at each level, emphasizing the building's sleek, linear form. This choice of visual rhythm not only enhances the sense of horizontality in addition lends the structure a refined, orderly appearance. Extensive glass panelling further accentuates the facade, its transparency offering visual that blurs the boundary between interior and exterior, inviting light and airiness into the living spaces. The precision in the use of materials—clean lines, glass, rough texture and white surfaces—embodies a contemporary architectural style that speaks to luxury while maintaining an understated elegance.
Incorporating state-of-the-art amenities, the project strikes a balance between communal engagement and personal retreat. The gym on the 3rd floor, co-working and co-dining spaces on the 7th floor are carefully placed at the building’s front, projecting a dynamic interaction between public and private realms. These facilities, coupled with the central auto-parking structure, illustrate the thoughtful conveniences within the architectural framework.
